How to create a demo video:
- 1.Click "Start Recording" to begin screen capture
- 2.Select the browser tab or window you want to record
- 3.Navigate through C-Flow features you want to showcase
- 4.Click "Stop Recording" when done
- 5.Preview, download or delete the recording
Suggested Demo Script
1. Introduction (30 seconds)
Show the Home page, explain C-Flow's purpose: collaborative shipment management for shippers, consignees, and agents.
2. Creating a Shipment (1 minute)
Click "Create" button, fill out the shipment form (or upload PDF), show how easy it is to set up a new shipment with all details.
3. Collaboration Features (1 minute)
Open a shipment, show the share code functionality, demonstrate how participants can join and collaborate in real-time.
4. Timeline & Tracking (45 seconds)
Display the interactive timeline, edit milestone dates, click container tracking links, show progress visualization.
5. Documents & Notes (45 seconds)
Upload a document, add notes on the board, demonstrate communication features and document management.
6. Dashboard Overview (30 seconds)
Return to Home, show the shipment status chart, search functionality, and overall platform overview.
